Job Title:
Innovative Environments Assistant Manager
Seasons at Copper Mountain Resort:
7
What do you chase?
I chase seeing the enjoyment of users in all our terrain parks, whether it be first-timers in Kokomo or pros in Central.
How did you decide on Copper Mountain Resort?
I grew up snowboarding and competing in slopestyle events during High School so I would always be at Copper for USASA Nationals, as well as Rev Tour events. The parks at Copper were always the best parks we would ride all season while traveling and competing. After high school, I completed the Ski Area Operations program at CMC in Leadville, where I'd spend all my free time riding the park here with my buddies. I fell in love with the culture and park program at Copper and have been here ever since! Culture!
Living the resort lifestyle has its challenges, what advice would you give someone choosing this career path?
Go above and beyond your normal job duties whenever you can, your superiors will notice your drive and you will be rewarded appropriately for it in the long run.
What do you like about working for Copper?
I am proud to work for Copper because of our park program, the mountain itself, and the family feel that all the employees share.
