Alternative Housing
Housing is very limited and often quite expensive in Summit County and the surrounding area. If you plan to live off-site, start looking for housing as soon as possible! The Summit Stage (free bus) services Copper, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Blue River, while the Lake County Link (discounted passes are available for Copper employees) services Leadville, making all of these places viable for living while you work at Copper, even if you don't have a car. We recommend the following sources for finding alternative housing in the area:
| CraigsList Rental Classifieds | Craig's List |
| Summit Daily Housing Classisfieds | Summit Daily |
| Leadville Herald Housing Classifieds | Leadville Herald Democrat |
| One Man's Junk Rental Posts | One Man's Junk (Local Facebook Group) |
| Summit Housing Authority | Summit Combined Housing Authority |
