You may not use any lift or ski trail while under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol.
Drugs & Alcohol Policy:
Due to our contract with the US Forest Service, we have a strict policy against substances at our resort; we ask that you please respect our policy. The legalization of marijuana in the state of Colorado does not allow for use in open areas or in any public spaces, so we ask that you refrain from using on our property.
Through our liquor license, only designated Copper Mountain-owned outlets may allow for open containers to leave their facilities. However, alcohol can only be carried within Eagle's Landing and should not be consumed on our lifts.
Smoking and Vaping:
There is to be no smoking or vaping in lift lines, on lifts or within 25' of public entryways or exists of buildings both in the base areas and on the mountain.
