Grom's Edition:

No. Due to the high volume of skiers/riders receiving these rewards, we cannot resend an email that was lost. We can see if & when an email was sent to you—please email ScanChallenge@CopperColorado.com if you need confirmation.

Continue the search in your inbox — we recommend searching for "Scan Challenge," "Redeem," and the name of the reward (tubing, coaster, fast tracks, hat, yeti, $50 lift ticket, demo).

We strongly advise that you keep track of your reward emails in your inbox. Know when you're getting close to a milestone and look out for that email the morning after your qualified visit. In our experience, Gmail likes to hide emails. Here's a pro tip: screenshot the voucher codes in your reward emails and save them to an album on your phone!
