I'm re-using the same Copper Card or Ikon Pass as last year. Is this still the right RFID number to sign up for this year's Scan Challenge?

Yes, both Copper and Ikon pass products support re-using your prior season’s physical card. That RFID number will work for your sign-up, as long as the card is loaded with an active Ikon, Ikon Base, Copper Season Pass, or Copper Four Pack.

I don't have my 26/27 Copper Card or Ikon Pass printed yet. How do I sign up?

How do I get my Scan Challenge rewards?

Adult Scan Challenge participants will receive emails with prize redemption instructions the day after hitting each milestone:

For days 4, 5, 10, 25 & 75, the email following the qualified visit day will include your voucher/discount code & instructions to redeem your reward.
For days 50 & 100, the email following the qualified visit day will include instructions on where to pick up your hat and/or YETI tote.

Grom's Edition:

Keep track of your ski/ride days. Once you hit a milestone, visit Guest Services and tell them you're here to redeem a Scan Challenge: Groms Edition reward. Make sure to have your Copper or Ikon Pass with you so they know who you are! They will verify your pass scans and give you your reward.

For days 4, 5, 10 & 25, they will assign a voucher code to be redeemed on the child's profile.
For days 50, 75 & 100, they will give you a hat, dining coupon and/or YETI tote.

How do I keep track of my number of days at Copper?

Download the Copper Mountain App & track those days, athlete! You'll be able to see how many days you have at Copper for the season, plus your daily & seasonal vert totals, real-time terrain & lift updates, find your friends on the mountain, earn achievements, & more.

If you forget to track a day, don't worry—we're tracking too! Plus, you can see your total days skied for the 26/27 season on the RFID scanner screen at the following lifts: American Eagle, American Flyer and Super Bee.

I received a reward email, but now I can't find it in my inbox. Can you resend the email?

No. Due to the high volume of skiers/riders receiving these rewards, we cannot resend an email that was lost. We can see if & when an email was sent to you—please email ScanChallenge@CopperColorado.com if you need confirmation.

Continue the search in your inbox — we recommend searching for "Scan Challenge," "Redeem," and the name of the reward (tubing, coaster, fast tracks, hat, yeti, $50 lift ticket, demo).

We strongly advise that you keep track of your reward emails in your inbox. Know when you're getting close to a milestone and look out for that email the morning after your qualified visit. In our experience, Gmail likes to hide emails. Here's a pro tip: screenshot the voucher codes in your reward emails and save them to an album on your phone!

Can I swap a reward for a different reward?

I've been skiing a bunch of days and just learned about the Scan Challenge! Can I still sign up and get the rewards I earned?
