As part of Powdr, we are focused solely on the mountain experience and what matters to our guests and communities. We are based in the heart of Copper Mountain and work alongside the teams that operate the resort every day.

Tim Lonergan | Lodging Group Manager

Tim started with Copper Mountain in the Central Reservations Department as a Seasonal Reservations Agent in 2010 and was in the role of Central Reservations Manager prior to becoming the Lodging Group Manager in June of 2021; overseeing both the Rental Owner Services and Central Reservations Departments. Tim is a Copper homeowner who lives on property with his wife, a nurse in Vail, their young son and their labradoodle, Jibboo (an honorary ROS team member). When's he's not working, you can find Tim out enjoying his passions which include hiking, skiing, and seeing live music.

Nicole Simmons | Rental Owner Services Assistant Manager

Nicole came to Rental Owner Services in August 2021 from her most recent position as Front Desk Supervisor here at Copper Mountain. Originally from Florida, Nicole started with Copper in November of 2018 and holds a masters degree in hospitality management from Florida International University; working for Disney before beginning her career in the ski industry. Nicole is passionate about Disney and her dog, Alpine.

McKenzie Graham | Rental Owners Services Supervisor

McKenzie most recently worked for Breckenridge Creative Arts in programming, events, and festival planning + facilities management for the Arts District. She is originally from Michigan, and studied communication and photojournalism at the University of Cincinnati. McKenzie has been living in Colorado since 2017, and in her free time she can be found making art, snowboarding, or playing outside with her dogs.

Liam Riley | ROS Coordinator

Originally from Pennsylvania, Liam joined Rental Owner Services after the 2024/2025 ski season. Though new to the team, he has been part of our community for five years, growing from a seasonal role to a full-time position as a Central Reservations Agent, since 2021. After attending West Chester University, Liam worked in several national parks before making Copper his home. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, playing guitar and mandolin, and disc golfing. In the winter you may catch a glimpse of him riding through the trees on a powder day.
