• A unique opportunity for year-round bookings and competitive rates, we offer an omni-channel presence for booking reservations (inclusive of AirBnB & VRBO) paired with the Lodging Rental Program's unique partnerships, including exclusive bookings for events and group meetings that happen at Copper Mountain Resort.
• Rental revenue, driven by dynamic pricing strategies managed by Copper's Revenue Maximization Team.
• Lodging Front Desk team to greet your unit's guests in-person. For owner reservations, we offer a streamlined, contactless, self check-in process.
• Paying guest reservation departure cleans are covered at no cost to the homeowner, and these are carried out upon check-out by our professional on-site Housekeeping Team
• We encourage traveling with the entire family! Copper Mountain Resort is pet friendly. Our owners can increase revenue by designating their unit as "pet-friendly" accommodation.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

• A free maintenance program with experienced in-house technicians, in addition to long-standing relationships with local contractors that allow us to provide a seamless and quick response to any issues that may arise in your unit.
• Over 60 housekeeping expendable items provided and continually restocked at a flat fee.
• Dedicated on-site owner services support team available 7-days a week – Come visit our office located on the first floor of the Mountain Plaza building just steps away from the American Eagle lift.
