Friends of the Dillon Ranger District (FDRD) is proud to partner with Copper Mountain to provide free, on-hill cultural and natural history tours. Our trained Ski Rangers lead participants down a beginner or intermediate ski run, stopping periodically to discuss topics from local flora and fauna to geography and history and answering questions. These one-hour tours require participants to have a valid lift ticket or pass, intermediate skiing/riding ability and a desire to learn.
