Peak Rating System
Peak levels range from 5-2, with 5 being our nicest accommodations and 2 representing our economy units. Buildings are grouped in neighborhoods by similar location, building age and common area décor. Each neighborhood offers a variety ofunit peak ratings.

Lodging Policies
DEPOSIT POLICY:
A $40 deposit is due upon booking lodging and any additional lodging package components (including, but not limited to, lift tickets, rentals, lessons, tubing, and Woodward) when reserved more than 30 days prior to arrival date. This remaining balance will be charge at 30 days prior to arrival date (or on November 1st, 2024 for stays during peak holiday seasons*), using the credit card used for the initial deposit. For arrivals less than 30 days in advance, full payment will be taken at the time of reservation.
*Peak holiday season reservations include those arriving on or between 12/20/24-01/06/25
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation of lodging more than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the $40 deposit is forfeited. If final payment has been taken, the total balance, less the $40 deposit, will be refunded to your credit card on file. Lodging reservations, along with the lift ticket and other ancillary components (including, but not limited to, rentals, lessons, tubing, and Woodward), cancelled on or within 14 days of the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE unless Copper Mountain’s Cancellation Fee Waiver has been paid and the reason for cancelling is covered by the plan. No shows, late arrivals, and early departures are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be cancelled. *Peak holiday season reservation include those arriving on or between 12/20/24-01/06/25.
CANCELLATION FEE WAIVER:
Copper Mountain’s Cancellation Fee Waiver is highly recommended to provide a more lenient cancellation policy. For more information about the waiver, please see the brochure here.
CHECK-IN:
Check-in is not permitted without a valid credit card and photo ID matching the name on the reservation. At check-in a credit card authorization will be required for incidentals. Only guests 18-years of age or older and named on the reservation will be able to check in or receive extra room keys. Please notify us of any additional guests prior to arrival. Additional guests will be required to present a valid photo ID (e.g. driver’s license or passport) prior to being granted keys. If your additional guest is the first person in your party to check in, they will also be required to provide a valid credit card that will be authorized for incidentals in order to check in on your behalf.
