The Summit County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved Copper Mountain's major PUD amendment on August 12, 2008.

This approval now allows Copper to create a holistic resort plan, aligning On-Mountain improvements with a base area development plan that can be executed with certainty. Copper would like to thank those who contributed to the plan over the past years as well as those who lent their support. This is a great step forward for our resort community.
