Copper Big Mountain Program
Are you looking for something more? Are you ready to master the backside of the mountain? Maybe finally try rails in the park? How about dropping off that cornice in Spaulding Bowl? Maybe you just want to shred the powder and explore some new tree-runs over the course of a whole season?
Freeride Skiing & Snowboarding
Copper's Big Mountain Program is a unique program at Copper that offers students the opportunity to go with a coach and rip the mountain in a whole new way. Learn to attack the bumps, hammer the steeps, or land your first 360. Students in this program can progress their skills in a fun, purely recreational setting. In the Posse we encourage excellence in skiing and riding and responsibility on the slopes. We push each other take our ability to the next level and beyond!

Saturdays only 9am - 3pm. 16 weeks starting on December 8th through April 6th.

Qualifications for Big Mountain
- Ages 13 - 18.
- Must be proficient advanced/intermediate skier or rider with desire to become better in all terrain and all conditions.
- Please note: Those students that do not exhibit the skills needed for Big Mountain will be advised to move to alternative Youth Program that will better fit their needs and skill development. .
- A helmet is required while skiing or riding in all youth lessons and programs. For all participants regardless of age.

Additional Enrollment Information
Enroll Early! Registrations are accepted on a first come first served basis. Program enrollment may close earlier than above dates based on availability.
Renting Equipment
Equipment is not included. Children should have their own equipment prior to each class.
Helmets
Helmets are required for all participants regardless of age while skiing or riding in all youth lessons and programs.
Attendance
Attendance on the first day of each session is necessary to ensure your child is on the correct team for their age and ability.
Cancellations & Refunds
There will be a $25 charge for cancelling program enrollment up to 10 days prior to the program's start date, within 10 days of the program start date the cancellation charge will be $50. We do not offer refunds or make-ups for missed lessons, lift tickets or bus fare. The only exceptions are for illnesses or season ending injuries with a valid doctor's note.
Parents Please Note
Students are required to remain with their instructor at all times; we ask that you support this policy. Students who "skip" their lessons will be removed from the program, there will be NO refund given.
