Copper Mountain offers a variety of competition & training programs to fit your group's interests. Whether you need a customized flaik GPS event for your group of 200 or just want to try gate training for yourself, we have coaches and programs that will take care of you and your group's needs.

 

 

Club Racing And Custom Race Camps

Club racing is a great way for your group to spend some time together on the mountain enjoying the challenge of our Public Race Arena and the excitement of competition. The race department will prepare group races for groups of all ages, levels and skiing ability.

Village Race Series

Copper Mountain's Village Race Series is the longest running race league in Summit County. Friends, co-workers and individuals come out every Thursday to compete against one another. Open to all ages of racers, the Village Race Series provides weekly races against some of the best racers in the county, along with some novice racers learning the ropes. Complete with weekly after parties, this fun, competitive league allows for everyone to get out on the snow. Each party includes a video from the day's race and great giveaways.

Fun Cross

Come check out our mini boarder cross where you can experience timed runs or non-timed runs. All levels and ages welcome; we have a course for both advanced and beginner groups.
When: December 20th 2013-March 21st 2014. 11:00-3:00 daily, conditions permitting.
Where: At the top of the American Eagle lift, next to Solitude restaurant.
Due to safety, the Fun Cross will occasionally be closed when weather, races, or other events interfere with the safe operation of the Fun Cross course. We will update the Copper Fun Cross Website on Mondays of each week.

 

Public Race Arena And Nastar

An exciting, nationwide racing program with a handicapping system that allows every participant to compare themselves to other racers across the country and the U.S. Ski Team. Participants also have an opportunity to win a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Medal. They can also keep track of their progress with NASTAR via the internet and can qualify for the NASTAR National championships at the end of the season.
