We are a full service property management company with over 30 years of experience and offer short term rental management.

We now offer 2 rental agreement options and are able to provide rental services in all buildings on-resort.  The options:
1. 60/40 – for qualified 4 and 5 Peak rated units
2. 50/50 – available to all rating qualities

On-site Lodging Services & Support

Services for owners and guests do not stop at 5pm. No need to call for assistance from people across Summit County or beyond. Our skilled on-resort lodging services team including front desk, property management, maintenance technicians and housekeeping crews are right here, right now and are able to respond to issues or service requests in your copper home within minutes.  Our Owner Web Portal provides access for Owners to check availability and book their reservations online, 24 hours a day!

Our specially-trained staff facilitates rapid responses and accurate tracking of all guest service requests. Our unique pre check-in program enhances the early arrival experience. Owner self-check in provides owners the ability to bypass long lines for ease of access to their condos. Coming soon – a new self-service kiosk!

Special summer and winter season offers, season pass discounts, perks and other discounts across Copper - exclusively for homeowners on our rental program.  We offer a lodging referral program with a 15% referral rate on lodging revenue.  Rental Owner Referral Program - refer other owners to join our rental program and you’ll be rewarded!
