Copper hosts the largest
snowboarding and free ski event on earth - the 2010 USASA Nationals. Each year, the top regional finishers are
invited to attend the USASA National Championships to compete against some of
the best male and female athletes from around the country in slopestyle,
superpipe, boardercross, slalom and giant slalom in their quest to become
USASA is a grassroots snowboard
organization with over 5,000 members who compete in more than 500 events in 36
regional series across the U.S. Competitors range in age from 7 - 70 and
represent a group of riders passionate about the sport of snowboarding. The
USASA National Championships have been the final event of the season for these
riders for close to 20 years. This year will mark the 21st annual
USASA Nationals and promises to be the biggest and best yet. For more info

Copper is having a great snowy season! Lifts open at 9am Monday-Friday, and 8:30am on weekends and holidays. Copper Mountain will be open daily through April 20th, 2014. Extended Season - Friday-Sunday, April 25th - April 27th.
