FRONTIER AIRLINES RENEWS ROLE AS OFFICIAL AIRLINE OF COPPER MOUNTAIN AND WINTER PARK RESORTS

November 7, 2005

Winter Park/Copper Mountain -Denver, CO…(November 7, 2005)…Intrawest Colorado - operator of Winter Park/Mary Jane and Copper Mountain resorts in Colorado - and Frontier Airlines (NASDAQ: FRNT) have renewed their relationship announced last year, making Denver-based Frontier Airlines the official airline of Intrawest Colorado.  In addition to providing a platform for joint marketing opportunities and promotions throughout Colorado, the partnership will continue to provide skiers and riders from across the country with exclusive airfare deals on Frontier and special deals on the slopes of the two resorts the 2005/06-winter season.

For last year's partnership kickoff, the top executives from both companies made headlines when they dressed as pilgrims and handed out a total of 5,000 free early season lift tickets at Denver International Airport (DIA).  Not to be outdone this year, Jeff Potter, CEO of Frontier and David Barry, COO of Intrawest Mountain Resorts brought a "Winter Ski and Fly Soul Party" to DIA, wearing their finest outdated ski gear and handing out 1,000 lift tickets and three million frequent flyer miles to unsuspecting passengers.

Two of last year's cornerstone programs will return with the 2005/2006 ski season:

• Frontier passengers who bring their boarding passes to either Winter Park/Mary Jane or Copper Mountain ticket windows between November 7, 2005 and February 28, 2006 will receive a two-for-one Monday-Friday lift ticket*.

• Copper and Winter Park Rocky Mountain Super Pass holders who ski or ride 15 days will earn 5,000 Early Returns miles from Frontier.

*Both tickets must be used on the same day at the same resort. One ticket purchase per boarding pass receipt. Valid at Winter Park/Mary Jane or Copper Mountain, Monday through Friday.  Black-out dates: 12/26-31, 2005 and 3/13-3/24, 2006.

The partnership will also provide the following benefits for Frontier and Intrawest Colorado:
• Copper and Winter Park will join Frontier in their support of community-related projects
• Web presence on partner's web site to promote easy booking and travel planning
• Co-branded direct offers to frequent fliers and frequent skiers through loyalty programs
• Intrawest Colorado will make Frontier its exclusive airline for business travel and in return, Frontier will provide a travel bank of tickets for Intrawest Colorado
• Employees of both Frontier and Intrawest Colorado will have access to employee specific deals, promotions and inventory
• Frontier will receive on-mountain and resort signage at both Winter Park and Copper Mountain

"This is a great opportunity to get everyone excited about the coming ski season at Winter Park Resort and Copper Mountain Resort," said Corporate Executive Office Jeff Potter.  "Furthermore, this partnership continues to provide the best that Colorado has to offer in terms of airlines and winter resorts."

While the partnership celebrates its second year with a "winter-inspired party" at the Frontier Terminal, there's also a party all season long at Winter Park/Mary Jane.  "Thirty years young," Mary Jane will grace this season donning a new high-speed six-pack chairlift in place of the Summit Express quad, even better tree skiing and riding through enhanced glading, and an updated look to her Club Car bistro-style restaurant.

Copper Mountain will introduce a new Superpipe above the Village at Copper, improved snowcat tours and an all-new après ski destination.  Copper is building a 500 ft. long Superpipe visible from the Village at Copper, and just to the west of the American Eagle lift. The base Superpipe is expected to host team training, competitions, events and more throughout the season, while the Superpipe in Catalyst Terrain Park will remain a must-hit for everyone.
