(Parking is located approximately 1 mile from the employee housing location and is very limited. You will be required to park and ride a bus or walk to your employee housing. * The $150 refundable security deposit, the $50.00 non-refundable administration fee, and your first two weeks of rent (for Copper Mountain employees) are due at the time of move-in. For Copper Mountain employees, the total minimum due upon move-in for a double occupancy room is $347.00, $396.00 for a single occupancy room and $379.20 for an economy single room.

The $150.00 refundable security deposit, the $50 non-refundable administration fee or your first month of rent (for non-Copper Mountain employees) are due at the time of move-in. For all non-Copper or Summit County employees, the total minimum due upon move-in for a double occupancy room is $515.00, $620.00 for a single occupancy room and $584.00 for an economy single room.


*Priority for single rooms is given to returning EDGE residents from the previous winter season, working for Copper Mountain, based on the date we receive your application.

*Copper Mountain is a Drug Free Resort, and therefore The EDGE is a Drug Free building. There is a no tolerance policy for possessing illegal drugs and/or drug paraphernalia. Copper Mountain does not provide any exception to the Drug-Alcohol Policy for the use or possession of medical marijuana.
