Winter Benefits

By becoming an employee of Copper Mountain and you will receive a FREE Winter Season Pass and can purchase your dependents a Winter Season Pass for only $10!

Want to Ski for FREE at over 16 resorts? Not only do you receive a Season Pass valid at Copper – but you will be able to take advantage of participating in our Real Deal Exchange program that allows you to obtain a day pass at: Aspen/Snow-Mass/Buttermilk, Arapahoe Basin, Crested Butte, Durango/Purgatory, Eldora, Highlands, Loveland, Powderhorn, Ski Cooper, Steamboat, Sunlight, Telluride and Winter Park. Your dependents can even utilize that program – they receiving a 50% discount!

Don't want to ski by yourself? You don't have to! As a Copper Mountain employee you are eligible to receive complimentary tickets and discounted tickets for friends and family (the amount of tickets that you are eligible for depends on your job classification and longevity at Copper Mountain).


Summer Benefits - Seasonal & Year Round Staff

By becoming an employee of Copper Mountain, you will receive a FREE Summer pass and can purchase your dependents a Summer Season Pass for only $10! The Summer Season Pass gets you access to cool features such as FREE lift and mountain bike trail access, use of our Quad Power Bungee Jump, Go-Karts, Mini Golf (dependents receive a discounted rate).

Woodward Copper – Seasonal and Year Round Staff

Woodward is a leading action sports brand that offers unique year-round training programs including skateboarding, BMX, inline skating, mountain biking, snowboarding, free ski (both dry-land and on-mountain), gymnastics & cheer, and digital media. In the spring of 2013, the Woodward Copper Barn underwent a half-million renovation project which opened the door far beyond snowboards and skis to now include skateboards, BMX, slope-style mountain bike, and digital media. All synthetic snow surfaces were replaced with a surface designed for wheels. Families and amateurs alike are invited to experience the renovations expanded offerings for never-evers with additions including a new beginner foam pit with 2-foot and 4-foot jumps, a pump track designed for the development of park skills, and new programming to bridge the gap and see results on snow.

We encourage employees to come in and try out the Barn for the first time! For employees, Intro Sessions are only $20, a $29 savings!

Employees receive 50% off Drop in and Skate/Bike sessions, 20% off Winter Camp Programs, plus 20% off Programs for friends & family. 

Employees can also purchase the Barn industry pass for the discounted price of $199!
