The Spa

Come pamper yourself with a rejuvenating facial and relaxing massage at the Copper Mountain Spa & Athletic Club. Facials are designed for the high altitude and the stress of the climate. Our massages are a combination of many techniques including Swedish relaxation, neuromuscular, sports, pregnancy and deep tissue. Treatments include complimentary use of the pool, weight room, cardio equipment, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and racquetball on the same day of the service. Spa Policies

Reservations

We recommend scheduling your appointment(s) in advance. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment time, so please have that handy when booking your appointment(s). Walk-ins are welcomed. Please inform your booking agent of any special conditions such as pregnancy, injuries, recent surgeries, etc.

Arrival Time

To receive the most of your Copper Spa treatment, please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving late will limit the time for your appointment and decrease its effectiveness and enjoyment.  Your treatment will end on schedule; we regret that we cannot extend the treatment time into our next guest's appointment.

Provisions

Each guest will be given a spa locker for the day which includes: a spa robe, slippers, and bath towels. Complimentary teas and water are provided in the spa.

Quiet Environment

As courtesy to other guests in the spa waiting area and treatment rooms, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Please keep cell phones in your locker. If you must bring your cell phone into the spa, please keep it on silent mode.

Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if cancelling or rescheduling your appointment(s). Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service amount. Last minute cancellations (less than 4 hours) or no-shows are subject to the full service amount.  Groups of 6 or more and/or a guest who has scheduled multiple services must give at least 48 hours’ notice if cancelling or rescheduling appointments and are subject to cancelation fees in the full service amount.

Wedding Parties/Groups

Treat your wedding party or group to a spa day! Private parties can be booked. Please call the Spa Supervisor (970-968-3025) for more information.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are an ideal gift for any occasion. Gift certificates may be purchased for any dollar amount or spa service.

Gratuity

Prices do not include gratuity. It is customary to leave 15%-20% gratuity for services received. Parties of 6 or more will automatically be charged an 18% gratuity.

Code of Conduct

We retain the right to refuse service to anyone that appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances. Sexual advances, comments or innuendoes toward our staff will result in immediate termination of treatments.
