West Lake Ice Skating

West Lake in the winter: Your free frozen playground. After a day on the slopes, spend the afternoon skating around West Lake. Not interested in skating? You can practice your curling skills on West Lake, too!

West Lake - More than just ice-skating!

The ice-skating rink closed February 26th, 2014 for the 2013/14  winter season. Stay tuned for 14/15 dates!

West Lake is open December 21st  through mid-March, or as long as the ice stays frozen!

Open daily from 10am until 9pm, weather permitting. Ice skates can be rented for $10 per session from The Woodward Cage, which is located on the east edge of the lake across from Gustino's. All persons renting ice skates will need to sign a liability waiver. Those under 18 years old will need to have that waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Skating is free if you bring your own skates, and also free on Fridays as part of Fridays at Copper! Use of the hockey nets and broomball equipment is free, as well! So come on out and enjoy the frozen lake before it's too late!
