Restaurants throughout Copper will be offering casual, wine-themed menus and specials from NY-style pizza slices and Chianti to mixed sliders with a wine flight.
2:00-4:00pm: Wine-n-Wings Challenge
Burning Stones Plaza
Copper chefs will compete for best wing (no Buffalo!), with each wine flavor specially paired with a wine tasting. From sweet and spicy Asian wings paired with Riesling, to smoky barbecue with Zinfandel, Copper proves that wings don't necessarily mean beer.
7:00-9:00pm: Vin & Din
Copper pairs comfort food with value wines (none over $20 retail!) for a 'not so grand' Grand Tasting. Heavy appetizer style reception, with chefs and wine reps on hand to discuss recipes and pairings.
9:00-11:00am: Burritos & Bubbly Brunch
Made-to-order gourmet burritos and Champagne brunch. Or, get your burrito wrapped to go for a brunch on the (ski) run.
