This page is to help guide riders with a disability through the USASA event registration process for events held in the USA.
There are two categories: sport adaptive and IPC adaptive.
IPC Adaptive riders must have a IPC license and classification before they are permitted to race. IPC adaptive riders must register with their NPC as well to get IPC points. At IPC races, athletes will be categorized by either upper or lower body disabilities per their classification.
Sport Adaptive riders will not accumulate IPC points and will not be eligible for the National team. Sport riders will accumulate USASA points towards qualifying for USASA Nationals.
