Ground Travel

Ground transportation shuttle transfers from Denver International airport can be reserved through the call center at 888.219.2441 or booked online. For reservations within 2 days of travel call 888.219.2441.

Gray Line is Copper Mountain's Official Ground Transportation Provider.  Offering direct travel from DIA to Copper for $65 per person per trip.  $75 per one way trip per person for travel beginning November 1, 2009

  • Kids 2 and under ride free
  • Child seats not provided
  • Effective November 1, 2009, Grayline will be offering nonstop service from Denver International Airport to Copper Mountain. The shuttle will drop guests off at one of the three property management check-in desks, provided by the guest; Copper Mountain Property Management, Carbonate Property Management, Copper Vacations Property Management.
  • The guest will then be escorted to a nearby drop off location, nearest to their lodging property.
  • Guests departing Copper Mountain will be picked up at the original drop off location, unless otherwise coordinated with Grayline's dispatch desk by calling 1-800-348-6877
  • Small, kenneled animals okay (i.e. purse dogs), but must notify Gray Line
  • Service dogs allowed free of charge
  • 3 bags per guest including skis/boards under 50 lbs each
  • Oversized luggage (over 50 lbs) and additional luggage $25 per bag
  • Airport check-in is at the transportation desks at DIA
  • Food and drink allowed, no alcoholic beverages

Cancellations outside of 48 hours will be charged a $10 cancellation fee per item cancelled. Cancellations inside of 48 hours are non-refundable.
