The Belly Button Bakery & Babies is an on-site childcare facility offering quality care programming for infants and children ages 6 weeks to 8 years. Open 7 days per week, during the ski season, starting on November 2, 2007. Hours of operation are 8:00am – 4:30pm for full-day childcare and 8:00am – 12:30pm for half-day childcare. Half-day is only offered in the morning as to not disrupt rest time.
It's easy to enjoy your day on the slopes knowing that your child is being cared for by our loving and professional caregivers. Conveniently located in heart of The Village at Copper, just steps away from the mountain base, the Belly Button Bakery & Babies staff cater to each child's individual needs in a unique mountain setting with an environment that offers a variety of age appropriate indoor and outdoor play experiences that are stimulating, fun and most importantly safe.
Our Babies, ages 6 weeks to 24 months, enjoy a nurturing environment equipped with high chairs, swings, soft toys, refrigerator, microwave, a cozy crib room, and soothing music that helps to minimize separation anxiety.
Our Bakery, ages 24 months to 8 years, welcomes participation in activities that are playful and meaningful. Children will have a fun-filled day participating in singing, stories, arts & crafts, dress-up and creative play, and our ever popular indoor sledding hill. Video games are available for older children, offering "child friendly" games on our Nintendo WII, which promotes movement through its interactive systems. Weather permitting; children will enjoy outdoor activities on Belly Button's very own sledding hill, and visiting the stables to feed the horses. Mats are provided for a quiet rest period daily.
Snack and lunch are provided for children 18 months and older.

After 5 p.m., they need to call Belly Button Bakery (866-416-9873) in the a.m. They will be taken on a walk-in / space available basis.

Stroller Rental:
Stroller rental is available by reservation only. Strollers can be rented for $25 per day / $15 half day. (8:00am – 4:30pm).
Kids Night Out is a FREE evening childcare program for guests dining or shopping at Copper.

Located in the Belly Button Bakery & Babies, Mountain Plaza Building. A $30 minimum purchase per child required. Guests must show receipt or have a voucher validated by participating shops and restaurants. Parents must stay within Copper Mountain Resort while children are at Kid's Night Out. Reservations are required as least 72 hours in advance. Kid's Night Out runs as per requested.
