Thanks for a great 2008-09 winter season. Copper is closed for the winter and will re-open again for summer activities on June 19, depending on snowmelt. Uphill access to Copper Mountain during off season periods is strictly prohibited as a result of safety considerations and is in violation of the Colorado Skier Safety Act, including, but not limited to: alpine, cross country, telemark, snowboarding, snow shoeing, or other equipment and unauthorized vehicles, including, but not limited to: snowmobiles, snowcats, motorcycles, and all 3- and 4-wheel on- and off-road vehicles.
