  • The EDGE is not accepting applications from non-Copper managed establishments outside of Copper Mountain or in Summit County for the summer of 2016. If this policy changes (based on availability), we will update our website with more information.
  • The EDGE Housing Office will begin accepting housing applications, for the 2016-2017 winter season, on September 1, 2016.

The EDGE is designated Employee Housing for Copper Mountain Resort employees. The EDGE accepts applications on a rolling basis from employees of all Copper Mountain managed establishments. Currently, we are not accepting applications from employees of non-Copper owned/managed establishments at Copper Mountain or within Summit County, Colorado. All applicants must be 18+ years of age, have confirmed employment at Copper Mountain, and provide consent to a background check. Failure to meet these requirements will deny an applicant’s ability to move into the EDGE. Payment in full, at the time of move-in, is required. Failure to pay in full will deny an applicant’s ability to move into the EDGE.

Fridge/Microwave Rentals Seasonal rentals available while supplies last: Mini Fridge, $40.00; Microwave, $15.00
Linen Package (for sale) Due to excessive wear and tear on our linen rentals from prior seasons we are no longer offering rental options. Upon arrival we offer a linen package for $30.00/set. Sets include 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 pillow case, 1 pillow, 1 comforter/blanket, and 1 mattress cover. Towels are not included.
Lobby The lobby was renovated in 2011 with new carpet, new pool table, plush leather couches and a 60" HDTV. It also has a ping pong table, foosball table, and computer bar. The Housing Office, Security Office, and HR front desk are conveniently located in the lobby.
Kitchens Communal kitchens are open daily from 5:00am - 10:00pm. We recommend bringing your own pots/pans/cooking utensils for an expedited cooking experience.
Edge Cafe During the winter season the EDGE Café is open for lunch from 11:00am - 2:00pm daily, while EDGE occupancy is at or above 60%.
Laundry The EDGE offers laundry rooms in the basement and on floors 2-5. Expect to pay $1.75/wash and $1.50/dry. Detergent can be purchased at McCoys Mtn Market in Center Village or at any number of stores in Frisco.
Mail and Packages Residents cannot receive U.S. Postal Service mail direct to the EDGE building; all mail will be returned to sender. To receive USPS mail a resident must open a P.O. Box at Copper Mountain or in Frisco, CO. Proof of residency from the Housing Office is required and can be obtained during our regular office hours.
Parking Employee parking is available in the North Alpine Lot during the winter season. The North Alpine Lot is accessed via the blue route on the Copper Shuttle system. Residents are required to move their car twice per week for snow removal/lot maintenance. During the summer season resident parking is available in Beeler and Union Creek Lots.
Public Transportation The Summit Stage is a free local bus system that services all Summit County communities. It picks up across the street from the EDGE building on the hour. Check out more transit schedules and information here: wwww.summitstage.com
