En Fuego meets Mardi Gras with bonfires, DJ Cajun Chris, beads, masks, a special Zydeco fire performance and of course, fireworks. Laissez les bon temps rouler!

4:00pm - Big Easy Rail Jam

5:00pm - DJ Cajun Chris spinnin' tunes from the bayou at West Lake

6:30pm - Cosmic Fire goes Cajun with Zydeco music and masks woven into their fiery choreography

7:00pm - Purple, yellow and green fireworks over West Lake
