On select Sundays this summer, Copper hosts Prana Fitness yoga classes at Solitude Station.

Prana Fitness is a Colorado organization that believes fitness support should be free and accessible to everyone.

Through donation-based classes, Prana Fitness and its founder Sarah Tinkler are raising funds to inspire a broader reach of under-active or under-served people, spread the online fitness video and social media presence, and eventually build a community fitness facility that will bring yoga and wellness to everyone regardless of their ability to pay.

Sarah Tinkler, RYT is a local yoga and fitness instructor, and full-time associate with a Denver wealth management practice. Through her own weight-loss and fitness journey, Sarah learned that below the layers of doubts and slack, there lies in each of us the strong confidence of knowing what incredibleness you're capable of and living vibrantly in all you do. Sarah's enthusiasm for each day and encouragement for others drives Prana Fitness to help change lives.

Sarah will also hold discussion sessions after each class, at the Solitude BBQ. Purchase the $15 Lift and Lunch package at Guest Services to take advantage of both the chairlift ride and post-yoga meal.

For the yoga classes, please be as generous as you can. We recommend at least $15 per class, or a large lump sum if you plan to practice all summer. We also recommend a meditative hike after lunch,on the short but gorgeous Hallelujah Loop.
