Rental Owner Services Office

You have a personal, on-site, team of specialized professionals.  The ROS office is a centrally located point of contact and resource for rental management services and support just for our rental owners.

 

On-Site Lodging Services & Support 24/7

Services for owners and guests do not stop at 5pm.  No need to call for assistance from people across Summit County or beyond.  Our skilled resort lodging services team including Front Desk, Security Staff, Property Management, Maintenance Technicians, and Housekeeping crews are right here, right now and are able to respond to guests and homeowners within minutes.  We strive to provide the highest service level and the premier guest experience to be found at Copper Mountain.

 

Powerful Sales & Marketing Presence

Very simply, we can make you more money than our competitors. No one can match our multi-million dollar investment in strategic programs, targeting local front-range and destination markets.  We have exclusive control of more than 68,000 sq. ft. of conference, function & meeting space facilities attracting year-round conference and group business.  A full staff of experienced conference and group sales professionals secure business to maximize your rentals year-round.  

 

Reservations Experts

Our trained sales professionals and advanced reservations technology combine to maximize lodging potential.  Our expert Yield Management Team conducts on-going competitive analysis to produce exclusive and comprehensive vacation packages.  Our local, national and international partnerships extend our reach into broad range of booking channels.

Additional Programs and Coorelating Fees:

Expendables

Expendables- This is a monthly fee charged 10 months out of the year (these are not charged in May and October).  As an owner on our rental program, we will maintain any items that are on this list should they go missing or damaged.  Please see the attached document for more information on this program.  Prices are determined by size of unit.  Click here to see the attachment

Phone 

Telephone- This is $20/ month per line, charged monthly.  It is required to have a phone in the condo so that your guests can be connected to our main switchboard. This makes it very convenient for them to access the front desk, guest services, etc.  It also gives guest the added security to 911 as your actual unit will appear on the 911 switchboard should there be an emergency.

Maintenance Plans 

We also have 2 options for maintenance;

1.            Our standard plan which has no monthly fee and maintenance calls are billed al-la-carte, as needed.  Maintenance will bill labor in 1/2 hour increments at $45/hour regardless of issue.

2.            Our Copper Coverage Plan (CCP) is billed monthly, charged 10 months (these are not charged in May and October).  As an owner on the CCP we will cover many of the common issues that arise as a result of renting your property.  There are some issues that are not included on this plan but it does cover many common issues.  More details are outlined in the documents attached.  You can add or remove this program at any time during the year.
