Meet the team

We care for each home as if it were our own, ensuring that the property is ready to welcome the owner for a wonderful stay anytime. Our on-site Housekeeping Staff professionally cleans each home after the owner or owner's guest completes a stay. Our professional Maintenance performs routine maintenance and necessary repairs in a timely manner. Each condo is assigned to one of our Professional Coordinators who is there for you whenever you need.


Alex Pedigo, Rental Owner Services Manager

Alex Pedigo came to Copper Mountain Resort  13 years ago from Charleston, South Carolina when he decided to trade the tasty waves and inescapable heat for powder days and frigid nights.  Over the years he has worked in various departments around Copper Mountain Resort including food and beverage, accounting, rental/retail & finally lodging.  His interests include skiing…of course, Little League Baseball, Snowboarding (picked up a board for a new challenge in 2013 and loves it!) and all other outdoor activities you know our beautiful mountain to offer.  You may see him walking his dog, Otis around the resort or out on the slopes with his 11 year old son, Charlie.  He claims that he lives the life that we all dream of, being a full-time employee and a full time resident of beautiful Copper Mountain.

Kristin Day-Killins, Coordinator

When Kristin moved from Maryland to Colorado 13 years ago for a change of scenery, little did she know that she'd fall in love with the state immediately!  It was in fact at Copper Mountain during a music festival in 2008 where she met her now husband, Eric.   Kristin and Eric live at Copper (he works in the Property Management department), and love their community of friends whom have become like family.  From the 'front-lines' of running condo leasing and management locations, to the 'behind the scenes' role as an Operations Director for a property management company, Kristin has a long and successful history within the field.  In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, white water rafting, horseback riding, live music, camping and playing with her dogs.  

Andrea Perry, Coordinator

Andrea grew up in San Jose California, and has enjoyed living in Colorado since 2000. She recently moved to Leadville from Colorado Springs because of her love for the snow and cold. She has a passion for the outdoors and the mountains, especially snowboarding and hiking with her dogs.  Andrea plans to hike all the 14ers of Colorado, visit all of the National Parks, and snowboard in every country possible.  She has a background in food & beverage, property management and finance, and is excited to start her dream of working at Copper Mountain. 

Amanda Phillips, Coordinator

Amanda is originally from upstate New York and moved to Copper with her husband Craig in 2008.  Craig and Amanda have worked for several different departments at Copper over the years.  Amanda has a background in food and beverage management as well as event coordinating.  She has found a perfect fit in ROS.  The Phillips just welcomed the newest member of their family, a baby girl named Avery. They love living in the mountains, hiking with their Bernese Mountain Dog Tucker, camping, skiing/snowboarding and enjoying all the mountains have to offer.    

Suzy Randolph, Coordinator

Suzy began her long connection to Copper in January 1979 working in Marketing.  In September 1986, she became the assistant to the president, happily holding that position until retirement in 2010.  She considers it a privilege to have worked for industry leaders Chuck Lewis, Andy Daly, Harry Mosgrove, David Barry, and Gary Rodgers.  As a homeowner, she considers it a really cool privilege to work for Rental Owner Services.  Suzy and husband Scott married on the mountain opening day of 1980.  They have two grown daughters. Her passion for all things Copper is huge.
