Valentine’s Day En Fuego – ‘Hearts on Fire’
6 – 8 p.m. Warm bonfires throughout the Village
Get cozy by roasting Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory S’mores
6:15 p.m. Ice Skating Show on West Lake
7:30 p.m. Doug Bates, Fire Performer throughout the Village
8 p.m. Fireworks display over the mountain
· Romantic Sleigh Rides - Experience the beauty of the Ten Mile Range on a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride pulled by a team of magnificent draft horses. Couples can choose from three options: The “Scenic Sleigh Ride”, “The Triple Treat” or the “Dessert Ride.”
· Ice Skating - Pairs skating or ice dancing lessons are available 2 p.m., February 14 on West Lake in the Village at Copper. Private lessons also available.

Each person can choose: a glass of Champagne, soup or side salad, an entree, with delicacies such as Herb Encrusted Lamb Chops, Pan-Seared Halibut, Roasted Spinach & Artichoke Stuffed Pork and Wild Mushroom Raviolis. Top the meal off with one dessert to share.
