Reservations

  • How do I make ski or snowboard rental reservations?
    You can make reservations online at this site and receive a 20% discount. You can also call our guest contact center at 866.416.9876 to reserve equipment and receive 20% off. Reservations are recommended, especially for weekends, holidays and other busy times.
  • Where do I pick up my equipment?
    Rentals can be picked up at any of our base areas. Click here fore details. 
  • Can we pick up our equipment the night before?
    Yes, it is best to pick up your equipment the night before. Pick up your equipment after 5:00pm . Copper Station in the East Village is open until 6pm , Mountain Adventure Center in the Center Village until 8pm , Union Creek is open until 5pm . If you can't make it in the evening, we recommend that you arrive at our shops before 9am to avoid the rush.
  • Can I reserve a specific ski or board?
    We cannot guarantee a specific ski or board will be available when you arrive. We do guarantee that a ski or board will be available in the particular package you requested. We may be able to accommodate your requests when you pick up your equipment, please ask us.
  • Can I switch from skis for a snowboard?
    Yes, just return your skis and we'll set you up on a board. Additional charges may apply as there are different prices for different equipment types.

  • Do you have shaped skis?
    All of our skis are shaped skis.
  • We are beginners, do we need shaped skis?
    Shaped skis are for everyone regardless of ability. Because of the shape of the skis, the skis turn with less effort and makes your day more fun!

  • Snowboards

  • Do I need a special type of boot to snowboard?
    Yes, we have a free style snowboard binding snowboard binding system that is very easy to use and requires a free style type of boot.
  • Do snowboard bindings release?
    No, snowboard bindings are not designed or intended to release.

  • General

  • Do I need a credit card to rent?
    Yes, we require a credit card for a deposit on all ski and snowboard rentals.
  • Can I exchange or upgrade my equipment?
    Of course, we will be happy to put you on equipment that fits your needs.
  • What ski or board length should I rent?
    Select the "Choose for me" option online and our technicians will suggest a length based on your height, weight and ability level.
  • Will I get money back if I return my equipment early?

    You can If you return your equipment by 9am you will receive credit for that day. However we cannot refund an unused day in the middle of your rental, if the equipment is not returned by 9am. If you do not return them you will have to pay for that day.
  • How many pairs of socks do I need to wear?
    One and only one. We recommend that you wear a wicking type sock to keep your feet dry and warm. Cotton socks will absorb moisture and stay wet.
  • Do you rent helmets?
    Yes, we carry helmets for kids and adults. Unfortunately, we are not able to take reservations for helmet rentals.
  • Are ski and snowboard boot sizes the same as regular shoes?
    Give us your street shoe size and we can find a properly fitting boot for you. Let us know if you have narrow or wide feet.
