International

Visa Options

Work authorization for International seasonal employees of Copper Mountain fall into three categories:
(1) J-1 Work and Travel visa (student), (2) H2b Visa sponsored by Copper Mountain (3) Working Holiday USA Visa (Australia and New Zealand).   Please read the requirements carefully.

H2B Visa

We will only be accepting applications for this visa for RETURNING staff member whom are currently working in the U.S on a valid H2b visa. If you are interested in returning to Copper for the 09 / 10 season and you meet the above requirements, please email recruiter@coppercolorado.com,  we will stop accepting applications in mid July.

J-1 Visa

Copper will be represented at selected job fairs hosted by the company listed below. We will interview candidates and offer jobs at that time. Be sure to contact them for details and to reserve an interview time as they do fill up quickly.

All J-1 employees must be able to work through April 1, 2010.

We will NOT be making job offers to J-1 Independents over the phone or internet. If you intend to visit Copper when you get to the U.S., please be advised that we will require that your visa be valid through April 4, 2010 for you to be considered for employment. March and early April are a very important month for us and we will need ALL of our staff to work through this busy time.


Working Holiday Visa

(Australia and New Zealand)
This visa allows you to work for up to 12 months in the U.S., to be eligible for this opportunity the applicant must:
• Be a current citizen of Australia or New Zealand
• Be between the ages of 19-29 at the time of applying
• Be a current University or TAFE student (or have graduated within the last 12 months)
