The EDGE is something that you have to have lived in to understand, and a building that has a character as unique as its residents. It is a place where you have a home away from home and a family away from family. The EDGE is a place where everyday, great experiences provide a lifetime of memories.

Wanted: Individuals who want the location, location, location. Full time employees who are seeking a community lifestyle and are excited to live next to their 500 closest friends/co-workers. Residents who like to participate in events both on and off the mountain. Residents who believe in the Copper Mountain mission and core values and realize they aren't meant to be a policy but more a way of life. The EDGE and all it has to offer is an outlet to enjoy their mountain surrounding/experience.
Copper offers dormitory style housing during the winter season. Double occupancy and limited single occupancy rooms are available. Upon securing employment at Copper, please contact your supervisor to discuss availability and consideration for employee housing.

What it takes to live in the EDGE:
Full-time employee for a Copper Mountain business unit (30 hours/week minimum)
Rate:
Double Rooms: $10/day = $300 monthly
Single Rooms: $13.33/day = $400 monthly (limited to returning employees)
One time seasonal fees: $150 Security Deposit (refundable), $50 Administration Fee (non-refundable)
How to guarantee your room: All residents who wish to reside in the EDGE for the 09/10 winter season will need to submit payment of one month's rent, their security deposit and their administration fee. This program includes J-1 and H2b employees.
All residents will be required to begin paying fees and rent on Copper's Opening Day (regardless of arrival date).
We will collect the Room Guarantee fees in one month increments.
Failure to submit payment, forfeits the bed being held for the employee.
If an individual decides to forgo coming to Copper Mountain , they will be prorated out based on the date of written notice to Housing. There will be NO refunds for past days and the administration fee.
Amounts due opening day for all employees planning on living in the EDGE for the 09/10 season
Double Rooms: $500.00 ($150 Security Deposit, $50 Admin Fee, $300/one month rent)
Single Rooms: $600 ($150 Security Deposit, $50 Admin Fee,$400/one month rent)

Parking!
In the winter, permits can be obtained to park in the North Alpine lot. The North Alpine lot is accessible by bus only, from the Edge. All employee cars parked in the Alpine lot MUST have the permit displayed which is provided by housing. Cars without permits will be fined and/or towed at the owner’s expense. All cars will need to be moved once a week, on Tuesdays for lot maintenance, failure to move may result in fines/towing at the resident’s expense.
