The Inbound Call Center Reservation Agents (officially called Vacation Specialist) sell experiences! Vacation Specialists sell vacation lodging accommodations including hotel room, condo & vacation home stays. Our Vacation Specialist are also responsible for offering components such as golf packages, air or ground transportation as well as any resort services.
