The C. B. Grille invites you to Copper Mountain's most intimate and elegant dining experience. Our menu features the high country's finest flavors with specialties such as herb encrusted roast rack of elk, hickory plank smoked wild Alaskan salmon, and grilled stuffed free range breast of chicken, as well as the mountain's highest quality steaks prepared over our wood fired grill. The C.B. Grille is a great place for a romantic date or a special dinner with family and friends. A fireside private dining room is available for small parties. Endo's features an all-day menu with favorites such as Endo's Mondo nachos, delicious salads, Angus burgers, a turkey melt and daily soups.
